Warranty periods and coverage are those stated in the issued project warranty certificate. The structural warranty runs for 10 years from handover. The one-year periods for the listed systems and finishes run from the date on the certificate issued after the customer’s inspection.
Construction Work Warranty
- Main structure: 10 years from the date the customer receives handover.
- Roof structure and roofing materials: 1 year.
- Electrical and plumbing systems: 1 year.
- Painting and general finishes: 1 year.
- Roof and wall leakage: 1 year.

- When coverage ends: The published terms state that coverage ends if the property is altered, extended, used for an unintended purpose, or damaged through the client’s use. The issued project certificate governs.
